| I attended the arena with my elderly parents to see Strictly Come Dancing Live. When I booked the tickets my father, who is 81years, was very fit and agile. Since Christmas he has become very unsteady on his feet.
I would like to express my thanks to all members of the arena who we came into contact with, the car park attendants were very helpful, showing us where we could get the lift to our block. We were then escorted in the lift and shown to our seats by a steward named Donna. She quickly realised that my dad was struggling with the steps and found us seats on row A so that my dad could access the toilet and exit more easily. We were then looked after superbly by a gentleman steward who was extremely helpful and assisted my dad to the toilet during the interval and ensured we were able to exit easily at the end of the performance.
I cannot praise the arena staff enough for their assistance with a person who has recently become disabled.

| A group of us attended the event including my Mum who is a wheelchair user since a stroke in 1004. We have had a variety of experiences at venues in the past, all of which usually involve a lot of hard work for my sister and I and leave my Mum feeling that she is too much trouble to take out anywhere!
The whole experience last weekend was completely different - the car parking arrangements, getting into the building and the seating arrangements for my Mum and I and the rest of our party were spot on and what topped it off was the kindness and professionalism of all the staff - nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile, it was all really great.

| One of your stewards working to the left of the stage was accosted a few songs into this concert after the lead singer invited a few fans to stand by the stage. Two ladies, pushing their luck, tried to get past your man and were politely asked to return to their seats. A large man also put on a threatening and intimidating demeanour but while he was fairly insistent, your man held his ground.
I was delighted to see the stewards I observed diligently looking for signals from any of the crowd that needed assistance and stewards like those witnessed were courteous, well presented, polite, diligent and helpful and deserve the highest commendation as unsung heroes.

| I was at the above concert and unfortunately had a little too much to drink. I am therefore writing to apologise to your security men who removed me from Hampden. I never realised I had got so drunk and was probably a bit over enthusiastic. Unfortunately when I was told that I had to leave the area I saw red and behaved in a way that is certainly not acceptable.
I can assure you that I feel terrible about the whole situation and can only blame myself for the outcome.
I would appreciate if you could pass my apologies onto those who dealt with me, I am sure unfortunately, that they will remember me.

| I wish to compliment your staff at the DEVO concert at the Carling Academy, Glasgow on Sunday 24th June 2007. I was at the front and an obnoxious drunk male assaulted me. The staff acted quickly, asking if I was in need of medical attention, fortunatley this was not required.
Once again I would like to thank all staff working at the concert.

| I would like to make you aware of the assistance i received from one of your supervisors at Hampden Park. My fiancee dropped her ticket outside and we faced missing the game. We approached the supervisor and explained our situation and she checked on a number of details. She left to verifiy this and came back promply and permitted us into the ground. I was very impressed with the way she dealt with this.
Sometimes stewards at events such as this get a pretty hard time and unjust criticism, so i wanted to take the time to tell you how much i appreciated the actions of one of your staff.

| I write to compliment your excellent customer service and quick action at the Stephen Seagal concert at the Queens Hall. There was a male causing trouble with other patrons and one of your supervisors ejected the patron and came back to the bar and apologised to everybody. It is not very often staff come and apologise for someones behaviour, this in my opinion is excellent customer service and would like you to pass on my thanks.

| I write to pass on my thanks to one of your supervisors working at Fame the Musical. My daughter and her friend were at this show and my daughter took ill and fainted twice. Your supervisor and the first aid were excellent. The supervisor kept checking on them and spoke to her again at the end of the show and was willing to let her stay inside the theatre until her dad collected her. My daughter felt safe and was collected not long after.
Please extend my thanks to your supervisor for his excellent customer service, he is a credit to your company.

| Just to say a BIG thank you to the two ladies who were on duty. My 15 year old daughter (and friends) were second in the queue and i was sceptical about her being out all night. My daughter told me the two ladies were most helpful handing out foil blankets and escorting them to the toilet.

| Just wanted to say that your disabled representative in a wheelchair at the Il Divo concert at Edinburgh Castle was a dream. Felt really well looked after.

| I wanted to write and say what a fantastic job the Rock Steady Security did at the Bryan Adams concert at Huddersfield Galpharm Stadium.
As there were a lot of people who queued very early there was great demand for Security to honour the number system the fans had established to ensure those early arrivers got in to the venue in the order they queued in. Security supported this and when the doors opened, insteady of the usual dangerous stampede which does result in injuries, security walked everyone onto the pitch and thus prevented any madness and disappontment.
I really want to emphasis what a brilliant job your staff did as they really did achieve the near impossible and we fans are forever grateful for that - they went the extra mile and listened to the fans and worked with them to ensure safety and fairness.

| I just wanted to say how professional your people were during the U2 gig at Hampden last night.
I was with a couple of friends, when some surrounding "fans" were being quite violently jostled by some drunken fans during the show, but Rock Steady moved in swiftly and removed them - no fuss and no major interruption to the show.
A big and difficult job well done, so congratulations and thank you for keeping an eye on us all.
