| Can I reiterate my thanks to you and your team for the excellent response to the fight night this evening. They were all very supportive of our need to take appropriate action when required in the professional manner in which I have come to expect from your staff. Our job is made easier when we know we have the full support of other.

| British Grand Prix |
 |
| | Fast Track Events Ltd |
| I just wanted to drop a line to thank the venue staff for all their hard work and efforts throughout the organisation of the British Grand Prix.
I would also make special mention of the security staff during the event. They encountered some difficult situations on the evening such as a surge of autograph hunters for Liu Xiang after his race, and predictably the surge of people trying to sit in the upper levels of seating when the rain became heavy. On both occasions the stewards and security did an excellent job with minimum disruption.
Cheers

| Please pass my thanks to all the team that helped at the event. Jack, Jeff, Bruce and Neville were up to your usual high standards. Also pass my thanks on to Danny and Chris for their additional help on the show nights.
It made a change to have a company that would react to what you asked of them rather than a delayed response.
Thanks

| 3rd nPower Test Match, England v West Indies |
 |
| | Lancashire County Cricket Club |
| Thank you for your support and that of your stewards during the recent Test Match at Old Trafford. The total visitor numbers to our stadium was 71,500.
It is my opinion that on balance everything went off very well and the support from your staff, partucularly Grant Walker, was excellent. As a reactive manager he ws supber, he was always very helpful and supportive, which is always productive to the process of managing the stadium.
Overall i think we can all reflect on a very successful Test Match in Manchester.

| Radio 1 Big Weekend at Preston |
 |
| | Preston City Council |
| Now that the dust has settled on this year's Big Weekend I am writing to put on record my appreciation of the role that Rock Steady played in delivering a very successful event at Moor Park.
Your experience and guidance was invaluable in terms of ensuring close liason with the emergency services and a virtually incident free event. I would particularly single out your radio controller in the Emergency Liason Team cabin. She is an exceptionally skillful member of staff who worked tirelessly over the weekend.
Many thanks and best wishes for the remainder of the outdoor events season.

| Raith Rovers FC v Morton FC |
 |
| | Raith Rovers Football Club |
| We would like to place on record our grateful thanks for the excellent stewarding at the above game. As you are aware it was potentially our biggest game of the season and had a lot of emotion involved with Morton winning the league. However, everything passed smoothly. We have received a lot of plaudits from Morton people and the success was due, in no small part, to Rock Steady and the Police. Please pass our thanks to all involved.

| | Rock Steady in Italy |
| I am just now getting round to picking up the pieces following our eventful trip to San Siro and Milan, Italy.
Your guys were superb and a credit to your organisation:
S Dyker
G McKechnie
I McAlaney
S Tippen
All four were involved all day at the Under-21 venue by selling tickets and directing supporters - the feedback was first rate.
The San Siro experience was to ensure that the Supporters Club Members had access to level 2 and other fans directed to level 3... all successfully completed 15 minutes before kick-off.
All four worked extremely well within the Stadium and as I said, their behaviour, appearance and professionalism was a credit to your company.
Please pass on to the personnel involved - a job very well done and notwithstanding the hassles of the Italian fans in the second half. The Tartan Army looked on in amazement and the Stadium Authorities had nothing but respect for our supporters and the work carried out by our Stewards and Police who were involved outside the ground.
Thanks once more,
W McDougall

| Download Festival |
 |
| | Clear Channel Entertainment (Music) UK |
| Now that the dust has settled, I would like to thank you and every single member of the Rock Steady team for helping us to make this year's Download Festival the best to date. We have received many complimentary comments about the campsite and the high standard of stewarding that last year's nightmare has been well and truly put to rest. I know that M Roberts was delighted with the way you ran the project and positive feedback was received from Police and Medical providers too.
Thanks and we look forward to working with you again soon (but not in a dusty field!!)
Regards,
